Refund Policy

99 Data Rooms is owned and operated by 99 Developers Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17257492). Payments for paid plans are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who also handles refund requests on our behalf.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and sign in with the email address you used at checkout, or email billing@99datarooms.com and we will forward your request to Paddle. Please include your order reference so we can locate the transaction quickly.
Renewals
Subscription renewals fall outside the 30-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings or via paddle.net to stop future renewals. If a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will work with Paddle to review the charge.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available where the account has been suspended for breach of our Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
