How do share links work?
Create a link from any document or dataroom. Configure expiry, email gate, OTP verification, NDA, and download permission. Share the URL with your recipient.
Can I see who viewed my document?
Yes. Open Analytics on any link to see visits, country, device, pages viewed, and dwell time per page.
Can I revoke access after sharing?
At any time. Disable the link from your dashboard and access stops immediately.
Do recipients need an account?
No. Recipients view documents directly in the browser. You can require their email and an OTP for verification.
What file types are supported?
PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, PNG, JPG. Other formats are added as we expand.
How long is data retained?
Account data while active and 30 days after closure. Visit analytics 24 months. See our Privacy Policy.
How is my data secured?
TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, row-level security in the database, short-lived signed URLs for storage. See the Security page.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Settings → Delete account. Your data is purged within 30 days.
